Touch on unique needs.

Touch on unique needs.

Team members need different things to do great things. Touch on what is needed in an individual way--they are individuals as you know. If someone needs to understand the why behind a project, then touch on that. If another team member needs to be given a little more direction, touch on that. And if someone needs very little direction to run with it, touch on that. What works for one may not work for another--in my experience if you touch on what motivates each team member individually, greatness will follow--do it right and they're likely to follow (and potentially lead) you anywhere.
