Tradex - Clegg Gifford

Tradex - Now been taken over by Clegg Gifford?

Tradex are labelled for very poor customer services standards. Customer service is arguably the most important thing for their business to get right, even though they had purportedly stated that there would be a turnaround of 48 hours for any new business quotes.

However, this has clearly not been the case with them and has since not materialised, you cannot get through by telephone, if you are connected you will be advised of the same statement above in date order, & emails are not even responded to.

In addition to running the risk of alienating our current customers with sub-standard service levels, this has as a negative impact on our own business & customer service.

This can initiate a vicious cycle in which a company tries to save money on staffing or customer service training, which makes service levels spiral downward even further

Yet the directors, big wigs, underwriters, assistants etc, etc,  make a mockery out of us, due to their own inconsistencies, and lack of communication with poor customer service standards. They have a nerve to want to terminate our agencies based on low conversion rates & levels of gwp.

We now have to find other providers for our motor trade business, & who will take on our clients.

Has anyone else come across this or are in the same scenario?
