First interview for a long time. It was fun thinking of the answers for this... Hopefully not too boring! Gaming interview as featured on the Walter Day Trading Card Collection
Sidenote My Linked In has been inactive. I'm career set (Transport For London) and working part time at several London arcades gives me breathing space to be creative. This is how I always wanted my work/life balance.
Freeplaycity in north London has been my focus since coming out of Covid.
I wanted to prove a game focused arcade could succeed not just on location alone. An out of the way spot, with players coming due to games and reputation. Filled with current gen shooting, fighting, rhythm games that still continue to do well in Asia... Just how 80s/90s arcades used to be in the West!
So for now I'll be working on that at Freeplaycity. Bigger and better in 2024 and beyond. Stay safe & happy, everyone.
