I feel having a professional approach is the most significant element which matters. One should be appropriately dressed, should have keen interest in the opportunity and should be an adept communicator. A professional is completely aware that the opportunity will involve evaluation of skill set, persona and agility to learn. Therefore, being professional is something which will have a lasting impact other than KSAs.
