Travel with Purpose Week 2024 at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort and Villas

From October 13-19, 2024, Hilton Salwa Beach Resort and Villas joined the global Hilton community in celebrating Travel with Purpose Week. This special week focused on making a positive impact on the environment and the local community. Here's how we contributed to the Hilton Effect:

Beach Cleaning Together, we made a big difference by cleaning the beach. Our team worked hard to remove trash and debris, making the beach a cleaner and safer place for everyone to enjoy.

No Bin Day - Reducing Food Waste On No Bin Day, we focused on reducing food waste. We encouraged everyone to be mindful of the food they took, so nothing went to waste. This helped us cut down on the amount of food thrown away, which is important for both the environment and future generations.

Tree Planting We also planted trees around the resort. This activity helps improve air quality, provides shade, and adds beauty to the surroundings. Planting trees is a long-term gift to the environment.
