2dYa, I know the benefits and all... but I haven't been in a gym for years! Hey…But the gym is so far away… I am in the country now…ya know… I am exercising in the kitchen while making a cuppa or a bottle for my son is a workout in itself! You say what? YES! I lift my legs left and right while waiting for the kettle to boil, and I do sit-ups while the milk maker does its magic. In between the chaos of the day, I find a minute to squeeze in and out my body like a human accordion. Then, I give my belly a good massage. No, not only this…Also, quick breading exercises… hoping a few grams will magically melt away. 😂 Nearly forgot…When I get up, I roll my eyes—that's eye gym, if you didn't know! Then my son wants to be carried now and then…. Holy moly, that's an exercise better than boxing, as he weighs 15 kg. And let's not forget the typing... half a day or so. Ohh, I shouldn't feel guilty, or should I? 😅
