The Trinity of #Wisdom: A Chisel, A Mirror and A Compass
The Trinity of #Wisdom Expressed: A Chisel, A Mirror and A Compass
The Chisel of Restraint and Change
Wisdom, dear God’s Created and Beloved Ones, is akin to a chisel in the hands of the divine sculptor. It shapes us, carves us, by teaching us the blessed virtues of restraint and self-regulation. It invites us to bear witness to our raw, unsculpted selves, and calls upon us to refine these selves, to transcend our instinctual impulses, in both solitude and in the assembly of others. To be wise is to wield this chisel not in haste, but with love and understanding. It is to acknowledge the grace in transforming our world view, in tandem with our understanding of our inner selves and the universe around us. Wisdom is the capability to constantly evolve and adapt, sculpted by the revelations of truth we encounter.
The Mirror of Humility and Foresight
If wisdom is a chisel, then it is also a mirror; a reflection of our humility and foresight. It illuminates our past missteps not as wounds, but as lessons learnt and wisdom earned. Humility, the most truthful of reflections, is the acceptance of our fallibility and the courage to learn from our past. The mirror also reflects the shadow of what lies ahead. It bestows upon us the ability to discern the shape of a looming crisis, and the wisdom to craft a path of safety and peace. The wise understand the balance between the mirror and the chisel; they humble themselves before their past errors, and use these insights to mold a safer future.
The Compass of Beauty and Truth
Behold, wisdom is also a compass. It points towards the recognition and appreciation of beauty, both visible and hidden, within ourselves and in the world around us. It orients us to acknowledge the sublime in the ordinary, to see the divine in the mundane, to find the extraordinary in the everyday. This is the music of the spheres, the poetry of the cosmos that Nikola Tesla spoke of, where science and spirit dance in harmonious rhythm. It is Socrates' pursuit of truth, an exploration that navigates through the waters of bias and the fog of deceit to uncover the hidden treasure of knowledge.

It reminds us of our response-ability, to apply our knowledge not just in theory but in practice, for wisdom is not just a concept, but a calling to action. It is in the application of wisdom, the physical manifestation of its essence, that true enlightenment is found.
