Truking 2024 Open House Day Attracts Over 100 International Customers
On June 22, Truking Technology hosted its 2024 Open House Day at its headquarters in Ningxiang, Hunan, welcoming over 100 customers from pharmaceutical companies across multiple countries and regions. The event offered a comprehensive and in-depth tour of Truking's advanced technology, development philosophy, and corporate culture, and included technical exchange meetings on current industry hot topics.
In the morning, accompanied by Truking's officials and technical staff, the international customers toured various functional areas of the Truking headquarters. They experienced firsthand the company's meticulous craftsmanship and high standards, from raw material processing to precision manufacturing, assembly, and rigorous testing. Visiting workshops for parts manufacturing, molds, surface treatment, TOP, central, and global production areas, the guests witnessed Truking's professionalism, efficiency, and quality control, gaining a deep understanding of the company's commitment to excellence.
The tour highlighted Truking's extensive product range and its expansion into key areas of biomedicine and life sciences. Visiting facilities such as the Truking Source Biotech Building, Truking Suit Workshop, Romaco Workshop, and the central showroom, customers saw Truking's capability in pharmaceutical process development, critical consumables, and engineering. One guest noted, "Truking is not just a comprehensive pharmacy equipment supermarket covering all drug types; it supports our current development and is well-equipped for future needs."
In the central showroom, Truking's latest equipment and breakthroughs in key subfields drew significant attention. Notable products included the ultrafast centrifuge and carbon fiber rotors from Truking Instruments and the precision ceramic pumps from Truking New Materials. Many international customers expressed interest in the innovative materials and equipment, believing they would play a crucial role in upgrading production systems.

The technical exchange meeting in the afternoon featured presentations by Truking's experts on single-use technology, BFS technology, powder filling, inspection, and aseptic process isolators. These sessions highlighted the company's innovative achievements and the growing international interest in its solutions. Customers engaged actively, asking questions and discussing how these technologies could meet their current and future needs, thus deepening their understanding of Truking's leading role in biopharmaceutical production.
Truking Technology's Chairman and President Tang Yue delivered a speech and toast at the evening banquet, welcoming old and new friends. He emphasized the rapid developments at Truking and the company's commitment to providing superior products and services. Tang shared the company's journey from a small enterprise to an influential global player in the pharmaceutical equipment industry, highlighting its strong R&D team of around 3,000 people and substantial annual investments in innovation.
Tang also discussed Truking's mission to empower the global pharmaceutical industry with smart solutions and its efforts to establish branches in multiple countries to enhance service delivery. The evening concluded with Tang, along with Cai Dayu, International Sales and Service President, and Li Shujie, Senior Vice President, opening champagne to celebrate the successful partnerships and future collaborations.
