If you are worrying about something, try to visualize with great detail the worst thing that can happen, if your worst fear comes true.
For me, I had a severe fear about public speaking.
When I visualized the worst thing that could happen if I completely froze and sucked and was laughed out of the building, I realized that I would still go home and be loved by my wife and family and of course the Lord.

1yHi Jim. Thank you for this! Just what I needed today. I have massively BIG and audacious goals and interestingly enough I have to buy a new car.... even though I would typically go after the reliable Honda, the thought of gas prices and having to wait 2-4 hours for the hybrid to charge just makes me cringe. I'm so ready to step into the next version of myself that just goes for the "Hell Yes" and get the Tesla, live the dream and just make it happen. I appreciate you! Let me know if you have any good techniques for raising capital. Have an open gate and need to pay the piper to make this milestone ready to launch!
