Turning Law in Theory into Law in Practice

Turning Law in Theory into Law in Practice

I was delighted to co chair this session at the IBA Annual conference in Miami, Fl with the Honourable David Barniville, the President of the High Court of Ireland. We had a series of enlightening speeches from a number of viewpoints from Justice Ngozika Okaisabor, Judge of the Customary Court of Appeal, Nigeria, @HelenaAbdo of Cescon Barrieu, Sao Paulo, Brazil Ben Roe of Baker Mackenzie, London and Manuel Gomez Professor at Florida International University.

The, well informed audience contributed wisely and raised the issues for the discussion which followed.
