Issue 57: Twitter Profile Showcase (Twitter Blue, Twitter Profiles and Super Followers)
Three women
three Twitter profiles
two LinkedIn profiles
Then four more to highlight on both Twitter and here on LinkedIn!
I get it. LinkedIn and Twitter are way different. Twitter has a much wider audience and isn’t just professionals - it’s also brands, politicians, stars, influencers, creators, techies, etc.
First let’s start with the “undo tweet” feature of Twitter Blue! It’s not an edit button, but it’s close!
Would you pay $2.99/month to undo a spelling mistake on Twitter? I do!
I’m highlighting three profiles that I follow and then showcasing three others that come to mind.
1) Nathalie Jacoby
If you follow her, you should be a democrat but she has Twitter figured out and probably the strongest draw for helping others grow responsibly. She understands the platform and helps thousands of people connect, engage and regularly trends as the number one account on Twitter! Recently I noticed she offers Super Followers. It costs $9.99/month but you get access to premium content (and become part of a much smaller/exclusive network).
2) Samantha Kelly
When it comes to Twitter all up, the first person I think of is Samantha Kelly - so why is she number 2? Because she’s on both Twitter AND LinkedIn (and Nathalie is not). Samantha is a connector, Twitter AND LinkedIn expert and is building the worlds largest network over at Women's Inspire Network. Thankfully I’ve got at mentions in my newsletter now!
3) Jennifer Gentleman
Jennifer Gentleman is also on both LinkedIn and Twitter, but is WAY more engaged on Twitter than here. Why? Because Twitter is a great place for techies! She has over 66 THOUSAND followers and Twitter still hasn’t verified her account (there’s a process and I’m not certain she will qualify despite a lot of people feeling otherwise!), but you don’t need that check mark next to your profile to be wildly popular and engaged.
4) Chris Strub
Chris Strub comes in at #4 because like Samantha he is on both platforms but doesn’t stop at just Twitter and LinkedIn. He is EVERYWHERE! Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook - I run into him on every major platform (just started following him on TikTok)
If you haven’t heard of him, definitely follow!
5) Matthew Browne and Frank Falvey
Matthew Browne
I met Matthew Browne who introduce me to Frank and so many others! Matthew is now a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional and is the only one I know of that has come up with his own award/recognition in the Most Valuable Contributor with his website http://focus-it.ie here.
Frank Falvey
Frank Falvey ☁ is another regular contributor on both LinkedIn and Twitter.
7) Jae Taylor
💡 Jae Taylor is here because of his online lives and his company and mentorship platform Mentor Mesh. Changing the way I looked at both platforms. He changed the way I look at both platforms with a single sentence: “Nobody Knows Who You Are.” I’ve set out to change that, Jae! Thank you!

2yThanks for including me my friend! I appreciate all your kind words and support! (And hello, Samantha Kelly ! 🇮🇪❤️)
