What’s your most valuable asset?

It’s not your business. It’s not your bank account. It’s not even your family (although they’re a close second).

It’s YOU.

Your ability to lead, to show up for your loved ones, to create wealth and opportunity...it all depends on one thing: your health.

But here’s the hard truth most people don’t want to face...

If you don’t invest in your health now, you’ll pay for it later.

Maybe not tomorrow. Maybe not next year.

But eventually, the cost of ignoring your health will catch up—whether it’s in the form of preventable diseases, lost time, or simply not having the energy to live the life you want.

I’ve seen this play out over and over. People push their health to the back burner, thinking they’ll “get to it later.”

Then, when the doctor delivers the wake-up call, they scramble, wishing they had acted sooner.

The good news is that health scares can motivate you to take action like never before.

The bad news?

After your first heart attack, cancer diagnosis or diabetes, your life will never be the same.

So, what’s the solution?

Stop seeing health as an expense.

See it for what it is: an investment with the highest ROI you’ll ever get.

Think about it: You’re more present and engaged with your family. You reduce your risk of costly, time-draining health problems. When you’re fit and energized, you perform better in your career.

And here’s the kicker...

When you commit financially to your health—whether it’s hiring a coach, joining a program, or seeking expert guidance—you’re far more likely to follow through.

Why?

Because the stakes are higher. You’ve got skin in the game.

I see this with my clients all the time. Once they decide to invest in their health, everything changes. They stop dabbling, start doing, and—more importantly—they stick with it.

So, as we head into 2025, ask yourself this:

What would your life look like if you prioritized your health?

What would it feel like to wake up energized, confident, and capable every day?

It all starts with one decision.

To invest in YOU.

Are you ready to make that choice?

Here is your Unstoppable After 40 Friday Digest:

1-What are the 3 things men over 40 should do to get fit in 2025?

  • Why starting now—even with small steps—sets you up for success.
  • How to build a sustainable approach to fitness that works for the long haul.
  • The game-changing impact of investing in the right support to finally breakthrough.

2-Testosterone: Overhyped or Essential for Muscle Gains?

We hear a lot about testosterone and muscle-building, but how much does it actually matter? Anew study on women during a 12-week strength training program gives us some clues—and it’s not what you might think.

The researchers found that total testosterone levels didn’t predict muscle or strength at the start, nor did they determine how much the women improved. Instead, a small factor called bioavailable testosterone—the T your body can actually use—had a weak connection to strength gains but didn’t influence muscle growth at all. This was determined using something called the Free Androgen Index (the ratio of free to total T).

This isn’t just a “female thing.” Research in men shows similar results: as long as your testosterone levels are in the normal range, they have very little impact on how much muscle you can build from training.

What does this mean for you?

Don’t waste energy obsessing over testosterone levels or chasing quick fixes. And definitely don’t waste time or money on T-boosting supplements. The real drivers of progress are consistent training, proper nutrition, and managing stress.

Focus on those and the results will take care of themselves.

3-A Hamstring Move You’re Not Doing

The stability ball hamstring curl is a powerhouse move that targets your hamstrings, glutes, and core. It’s an excellent exercise for building strength, improving muscle balance, and reducing the risk of injury.

Benefits:

  • Strengthens Hamstrings and Glutes: Boosts posterior chain strength, essential for both everyday activities and athletic performance.
  • Engages Core Muscles: Improves stability and balance by activating your core.
  • Improves Flexibility: Encourages better range of motion in your hips and knees.

Set & Rep Guidelines:

Perform 3 sets of 12–15 controlled repetitions. For added challenge, progress to single-leg variations or increase the number of reps as your strength improves.

Add this move to your routine for stronger, more resilient lower-body muscles. Your hamstrings (and glutes) will thank you!

Meet Kyle, a 39-year-old busy professional who was hopping from workout to workout for years...only to aggravate his injuries.

He is like most of my clients, busy growing his career and taking care of his family, and let's not forget–nursing a meniscus injury post-surgery.

In 3 months, Kyle:

  • Dropped 24 pounds
  • Said goodbye to his beer belly
  • Gained a fitter and stronger body with just 20 minutes a day

The stability ball hamstring curl is certainly creative! Doubt I'll at it in right away. Looks like the opportunity to look goofy is high!

I'm 60 and so far don't plan to waste time or money on T-boosting supplements. Good move?
