UF Modules

UF modules are modules made of UF membranes of different materials and structures, which are used in water, sewage and wastewater treatment applications.

UF modules provide high-quality filtrate by removing suspended solids, colloids, pyrogens, bacteria, viruses and other impurities to provide clean water or protect downstream processes.

Structure of UF Modules

Pressurized, Submerged

Membrane Materials of UF Modules

PVDF, PES, PTFE, PVC, PS, PAN, PP

Materials of Components

UPVC, ABS, PP

Potting Materials

PU (polyurethane), epoxy resin

Features

Pressurization or suction operation

Cross-flow or dead-end operation mode

Outside-to-inside or Inside-out flow direction

Nominal pore size from 0.01 μm to 0.1 μm

Typical filtrate quality SDI ≤ 2.5, turbidity ≤ 0.1 NTU

Advantages

Economical solution for pre-treatment or clean water

Various structure for different applications

High tolerance for feed water

High-quality filtrate

Smaller footprint design with CAPEX reduction

Less energy needed

Longer service life by high fouling resistance and mechanical strength

Applications

Potable water

Surface water

Industrial process water

Reclaimed water reuse

Pre-treatment of seawater desalination

Municipal sewage

We provide UF modules in materials of PVDF, PES and PTFE as pressurized type and submerged type for both water treatment and wastewater treatment applications.
