The British Coffee Association is supporting UK Coffee Week this year, as a media partner.
Between 18th - 24th October 2021, the UK’s coffee shops, restaurants, retailers, roasters and their customers will come together to celebrate the coffee industry while raising funds for Project Waterfall - a charity working to end the water crisis in coffee-growing communities across the world.
During the week, businesses make donations from every coffee served, bag of coffee sold, or by running competitions and events. Coffee lovers are given the opportunity to support both these businesses and communities at origin simply by enjoying their cup of coffee.
Since 2011, UK Coffee Week has raised over £800,000 for Project Waterfall and helped fund 13 projects in Ethiopia, Kenya, Nicaragua, Tanzania and Uganda, changing more than 45,000 lives.
