This ability comes naturally for those who possess the CliftonStrengths talent of Woo (Winning Others Over). I have a few clients that have Woo in their top 5 strengths, and when I think of Woo, I see one of my closest friends, Kenney Beene, who can connect with anyone in any room. Although he hasn’t taken the CliftonStrengths Assessment yet, I’d be willing to bet he is a high Woo. This article explores the unique attributes of Woo, its impact on professional settings, practical advice for strengthening this talent, and how individuals and organizations can harness Woo to foster stronger relationships and drive success.
