My client is an established and successful, ambitious specialist Employment Law practice located in Northamptonshire acting on behalf of commercial clients and now has an opportunity to appoint an additional Employment Law Solicitor to join its team at this exciting stage in the firm’s development.

To apply, you should have the following skills and experience:

· a background as being a Solicitor specialising in Employment Law acting for Commercial clients with ideally experience of five or more years

· having provided quality legal advice within clearly defined standards of case management and customer service;

· the capacity and drive to influence and progress including contributing towards the growth of the firm's Employment Law practice, and,

· be personable, confident and an articulate communicator who is self-motivated and able to prioritise and manage time well.
