Universal Studios, Starbucks, and Cartier's Signage Manufacturer Relocates Southern California HQ

California-based display manufacturer, DSA Signage, is relocating their corporate headquarters to Rancho Dominguez.

DSA Signage, responsible for fabricating signs and display boards for Walt Disney Companies, Panda Express, Barnes & Noble along with luxury giants like Ferrari and Cartier, has leased over 43,000 square-feet of both office and warehouse space to accommodate for future growth and continued production expansion.

Newmark's (NASDAQ: NMRK) Garrison Efird, Jim Cooksey, Tom Patten, and Barry Hill represented DSA in lease negotiations. Colliers acted on behalf of the landlord, LBA Realty
