Creating opportunities, or at least creating an environment in which people can thrive, is one of the powerful ways to unleash people's potential, and understand their talents and capacities.

There are two interesting stories that show how giving opportunities is an incredible way to transform people's lives and give them the chance to truly explore and maximize their potential. The stories are about Elan Lee, one of the greatest video game designers ever; and the other about Gillian Lynne, and how she became one of the most successful choreographers and dancers in the United States.
