As a CEO leading a global organization with a presence in over 60 countries, I am constantly collaborating with teams and partners from all over the world. Collaborating with diverse teams enables me to experience on firsthand that these environments are the ones that cultivate the opportunity to integrate various approaches, values, and experiences into something entirely new – something that enriches not just the clients we serve but also our industry as a whole. Diverse teams bring a wealth of knowledge and life experience covering a vast array of topics, offering fresh perspectives on long-standing issues. However, diversity alone does not represent the full picture of unleashing a team's full potential to become innovative.
