As a leader, my philosophy has always been centered around the growth and development of my team members. It’s a journey we embark on together, where each milestone is a testament to their hard work and dedication.

The below steps has been helpful for me in getting the recognition from our internal ‘Tell Dell’ employee survey, placing me in the champion’s quadrant throughout my leadership career.

🌟 Consistent Coaching: Every two weeks, I dedicated time solely for one-on-one career growth discussions. This is our space to focus on individual development plans and celebrate progress.

🚀 Empowering Team Members: The shop floor buzzes with our business talks, but these personal meetings are reserved for career aspirations. It’s here that we strategize on how to turn potential into performance, understand responsibilities to gain required skills and help them network with others.

💡 Driving Results Through Development: By investing in the career paths of my team, I have seen a direct correlation with enhanced team results. It’s a win-win situation where personal growth fuels professional success.

But the real champions are the team members.
