1yLike a Polestar in the sky, that is aligned with the axis of rotation of an astronomical body. This Polestar is a 'firm star' everyone in the organisation looks up to for continuous performance management. This is the finest tool I have ever used to record and see how the team members are performing at regular intervals through weekly, biweekly, or monthly one-on-one (O3) interactions. Easy to use modern interface, facility to give positive and adjusting feedback, identify training needs, mark suitability for higher roles, and super analytics makes it a real polestar to look up to.
