Unveiling the sophistication behind the $67M lawsuit video by Wim Hof's daughter

Who is Raphael Metzger? 67 lawsuit against Innerfire?

This video about my ex-husband's $67 million lawsuit, posted by Wim Hof's daughter, is far more sophisticated than it appears. The voice-over doesn't always match the text. It's a technique used by hypnotists, attorneys, and pickup artists. It's called the "confusion technique" that was developed by Dr. Milton Erickson and is designed to shock the brain so that it enters a trance-like state and is more open to hypnotic suggestion. The tagline "The Toxic Lawyer" is brilliant.

The video's intricacy suggests professional input, possibly from legal experts familiar with advanced persuasion techniques, including the use of specific legal terminology like "demurrer." Such strategies, which I've observed in action, can have a profound impact, particularly in legal settings like the upcoming trial in Long Beach. For those interested in the art of legal argumentation, this case (LASC case #22LBV01029) promises to be a revealing study.

However, at the core of this turmoil lies a profound personal tragedy—the loss of our daughter, Maddie, whose life was cut short by a sudden and tragic accident, attributed to a rare genetic condition after thorough investigation by the L.A. Coroner’s Office. Maddie's final hours were serene, as evidenced by her calm demeanor and physiological data transmitted to her iPhone, challenging the baseless allegations that have since surfaced.

After her passing, Mr. Metzger tearfully begged me to say that I had argued with Maddie that morning. I repeatedly assured him that I didn't. But he still alleges that I told him I did. I believe that he's projecting his guilt onto me and by now he may actually believe his own distorted and extremely unlikely allegations, that our careful daughter did intentionally hyperventilate in her dad's backyard pool. And deep down he probably stil blames himself. It seems that he's mostly torturing himself with this lawsuit.

Maddie’s love remains with us. But the only way to experience that peace is to release the “shoulds” that cause unbearable pain… and to accept her passing. It was an accident. I’m sure Maddie wants this lawsuit to end so that we can both heal.
