Updates: New enhancements to the Deeper Signals Platform 📣

The end of the year may be approaching, but the Deeper Signals team is not slowing down. Inspired by our customers’ feedback, we’ve rolled out a suite of new enhancements to the Deeper Signals Platform, making it more intuitive and user-friendly than ever. Here’s a quick look at what’s new:

Simplified admin reports

You can now see all assessment results in one place with the redesigned summary report. This simplified format not only saves time but also makes sharing with other leaders seamless through download and sharing options. Supporting your employees has never been easier.

Learning tracking

A new Learning tab makes it easy to track development progress in DynaMo and Learning Journeys. This added visibility helps you monitor skill-building momentum, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and provide targeted support.

Improved cognitive diversity dashboard

Responding to a common request, the cognitive diversity chart, now allows you to drill down and see exactly where each team member scores. This way you get a clearer view of your team’s strengths and can make better decisions on how to support them.

Improved user dashboard

We know how important it is to ensure users complete their assessments and access their reports with ease. That’s why we’ve redesigned the user dashboard to make the experience even smoother.
