Updating The Trade Show Round-Up

You know that we’re all about that friendly advice.
We want to thank everyone for engaging with this newsletter last year. It is our aim to provide the best information possible so you can crush it on the show floor.
Here are the top five articles you read last year:
As we look ahead to helping brands in 2024 & beyond, there are a few changes we are making to The Trade Group’s Round-Up Newsletter.
#1 Clarity on AI
AI-generated content is everywhere.
Moving forward, we will be adding the names of the authors to the articles so you know who on our team is responsible for crafting the content.
To be transparent, we do use certain AI software for administrative tasks, ideation, and content development but do not rely entirely on its output which, to be honest, is just OK. We are committed to transparency and will give proper credit to any AI-generated content we use in this newsletter.
Consequently, we (the authors of this article) will speak on the Impact of AI-Powered Tools and Creative Productivity on February 28th at ExhibitorLIVE in Nashville, TN. If you’re attending, we would love to see you there – you can sign up for the session here.
#2 Omnichannel Marketing
Most articles in this newsletter are about how to succeed at trade shows.
The reality heading into 2024 is that exhibitors will need a multichannel marketing strategy that integrates data, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising throughout an event’s lifecycle.

In upcoming newsletters, expect to see tips on how to maximize social media impact, measure ROI, and create content that resonates with your target buyers.
#3 News & Commentary
Marketing and sales often require quick pivots based on industry news.
The environment many Event Coordinators and Marketers find themselves in is one where...
As a result, strategy falls by the wayside.
So, at the end of each article is a digest that has the most important news and leading commentary. This is to help keep you sharp and alert.
We will highlight different industries on a weekly basis.
