Esri® ArcGIS® is a secure and scalable platform for land administration worldwide, including in developing countries. The Land Administration Modernization Program (LAMP) has, for several years, enabled qualified land administration agencies to leverage ArcGIS technology for the transformation of their cadastre and land administration operations. Not surprisingly, LAMP has quickly become very popular, with 18 countries and 25 agencies in total adopting the program.

First established in the 1990s, TGL is a set of software libraries commonly used to transform geodetic coordinates (latitude, longitude, height) into plane coordinates and elevation (north, east, elevation). Most importantly, the TGL facilitates consistency and accuracy through the same and the latest Coordinate Reference Systems (CRS) and transform coordinates using the same algorithms with the same results on all supported Trimble platforms.

The bridge has been recognized as a masterpiece and as one of the symbols of Italian industrial archaeology. In 2017, the bridge was also a candidate to be included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
