The U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce (U.S.MCC) hosts a breakfast on achieving sustainability, innovation and partnership in Bogota

1.    The U.S.MCC hosts a roundtable breakfast on the margins of the 4th Year Anniversary of the Chamber in Bogota, Colombia to increase more opportunities between U.S. and Colombia.

2.    The Mission is to discuss the nexus between trade and partnership between U.S. and Colombia with a focus on the future of commerce and raising the collective climate ambition of business between both countries.

3.    For nearly 25th years, the U.S.MCC has been promoting global trade in our region through its flagship World Facilitation Business HUB in Bogota.

 

Bogota, Colombia. May 30, 2024. The U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce president and founder, Doug Mayorga, join with government leaders, corporate executives and members to consider how trade policies can contribute to a more sustainable global economy and improve relations between Colombia and the United States on the Global trade & Investment Business Relations Corporate Conferences Breakfast.

 

The Corporate breakfast builds upon the U.S. MCC’s successful trade and monthly conference series, which the premier in Bogota coming up this June 17th at the wonderful Bogota Plaza Hotel located at Carrera 18a #100 – 41 Bogotá, Colombia. Open from 7:30 am to 9:’30 AM.

 

The monthly breakfast conferences will examine benefits and new development of business relations to feasibility and effectiveness border adjustment measurements, and collaboration.

 

The main goal of the U.S. – Colombia Trade & Investment Corporate Conferences Breakfast  is to make a call of the importance of The private sector can shape sustainable trade policies and investment to Colombia through the Chamber´s programs about  Business Tours by the Chamber in Bogota” said, Doug Mayorga, President and Founder of the U.S.MCC, While previous  trade and climate consultations examined government approaches, the breakfast encouraged participants to consider the private sector’s role in shaping trade and climate policies between Colombians and U.S. minority firms”  

 

Most notably, Mr. Mayorga, emphasized the U.S. private sector’s capacity to work together with colombia and U.S.  governments to advance sustainable trade policies in favor of opening borders. “Trade policy is out of touch with the dynamism of the business community on environmental sustainability and secure relations, business must push for trade policy that supports a more environmentally sustainable mutual prosperity” he added.
