Using AI for Interview Summaries

Welcome to the first quick article on how I use AI in my everyday work! Today, I want to share a recent experience where AI, specifically Microsoft Copilot, made a huge difference in my workday.

I had to interview five people, asking them the same set of business related questions. Taking detailed notes during each interview was time-consuming, and the thought of manually analyzing all that data was overwhelming.

1. Effortless Summarization: After all interviews were conducted, I simply copied and pasted my notes into Copilot. In no time, it provided clear and concise summaries, saving me hours of manual work.
2. Insightful Trend Analysis: I asked Copilot to look for common trends in the responses. It quickly highlighted key insights that might have taken me much longer to identify on my own.
3. Risk and Opportunity Assessment: Copilot went a step further by evaluating the data to identify potential risks and opportunities based on each person's answers. This analysis was incredibly valuable for making informed decisions.

The Impact
