Using Reflective Practice To Improve Emotional Intelligence!
Several schools of studies can contribute to Organizational Development, including Business Leadership, Operations Management, and Human Resource Management. It is also possible to lose sight of the subective gates of organisational development from time to time. In order to increase organisational performance, we are always arguing about what needs to be done. Change the management team to improve innovation, for example. We could try to find faster ways to access university graduates' talent pools. These are some probing questions that can either increase or decrease organisational development, depending on the context in which they are seen.
Moving Towards Higher Innovations in Organisational Development
Innovation is always the key to increasing organisational performance. Often, it will align with how much emotional intelligence is understood at work. Therefore, it is better that more and more colleagues start monitoring their mental health conscientiously.
Innovations in Mental Health Aligned with EQ
We cannot improve the organizations of tomorrow for our children's children if we don't master our own mental wellbeing. Mental health still does not appear to be a priority in the workplace, so how can we create universal approaches to leadership development and training new employees?
Emotional intelligence seems to be the answer.
We must all work together to understand how to better care for our bodies and minds in order to achieve better Emotional Intelligence. As well as how I have gained strength in this area to take advantage of reflective practice.
Reflective Practice and Emotional Intellience
Lets just take a refresher for moment on the basics of Reflective Practice:
Reflective practice
Reflective practice is the ability to reflect on one's actions so as to engage in a process of continuous learning.
The training tool allowed me to experience how much and how important reflective practice was to me when I taught Business Studies. In addition to building my PPD, it also helped me identify a unique framework for implementing kaizen. Moreover, reflective practice can provide valuable insights into leadership development.

How Does Reflective Practice Enhance our Emotional Intelligence
Watch the record Stream I did ealier to find out the answer to the quesiton.
So there, you have it a quick lesson on the idea of relfective practice - now I am mentally going to reflect on that video performance to demonstrate how relfective practice can create higher levels of Emotional Intelligence.
Subjective Reflection: " I realise that the video helped me to understand more how my teaching profession helped me understand my emotions more in upgrading myself to become a better leader. Even though I found it challenging to go to LinkedIn Live, then come here to write a reflection, I feel empowered mentally because the system works. Especially recording a video then reviewing it."
Conclusions
Hopefully you have had a little more of a reflective experience by watching the recorded live stream first or last and then coming to your own conclusions. While it is easier to write about emotional intelligence than to improve our emotional management skills, the good news is that these skills can be learned through reflective practice.
