Utilizing IPR for empowering researchers globally
There has always been a key to the entrance to the foreseeable future,
🟥But where do you get your keys?
🟥 How do you know that the key you have will unlock the correct doors and even allow you to go further in your path than expected?
Your key is 🔑🔑Innovation and Creativity🔑🔑, and the way of making sure that your key is the correct one is Intellectual property protection. That's how I like to describe how crucial is IPR management and security for fostering innovation that many often tend to oversee.
I mean, it goes without saying that your ideas and inventions should be considered yours✨, but we are living in such a competitive and fast-paced world where if we neglect to think about safeguarding them, they could become lost in the shuffle of other novel work or worse, a competitor could claim credit for your creations and reap the rewards from right under your nose. As immoral as it seems, the likelihood of it happening that I have seen throughout my career for any inventor or researcher is alarmingly high.
Businesses and individual inventors and researchers were unlikely to receive all of the advantages associated with their innovations, resulting in a decline in the research and development field and the bigger picture hampering the growth of a nation in itself.
Now you might be like woah❗, That's a bold claim, how can you be certain of it❓
🌌Imagine this🌌
If you are aware that the inventions in which you spend your money, time, sweat, and blood fail to produce beneficial monetary results, will it be worth investing that much time in them? That's why IPR serves as the foundational pillar that allows the invention and idea to stand on and become significantly valuable in the market.
🔥🔥Now it's getting interesting, isn't it?
Well in Lyaman terms Intellectual property rights help protect creations and provide exclusive rights to intellectual creations of the mind that include inventions, literary or artistic work, images, symbols, etc. It encompasses two types of rights first is industrial property, which includes inventions (patents), trademarks, industrial designs and models, and designations of origin, then copyright, which includes artistic and literary property.

✅Despite being different in nature Patents, copyright, and trademarks are all examples of intellectual property rights. So. if you produce a product, write a book, or discover a new drug, intellectual property rights ensure that you benefit from your effort and even safeguard it from unfair use or theft by others. Intellectual property, and particularly patents, have an impact on all levels of society by restoring the power of the future to visionaries like you.
Intellectual property laws are simply fantastic for both aspiring and veteran researchers, as they cover and support worldwide research collaboration in the development of new technologies. Countries have strict and promote intellectual property legislation to promote innovative culture. Research interest in the area has expanded beyond just the legal community and now involves social scientists and humanists as well and when research delivers new inventions and ideas, these will be protected in the form of intellectual property (IP) rights.
I know, I know, All of the pioneers want to rush immediately and start inventing stuff, so I have a tip for you all. Throughout this, I talked about intellectual property laws encourage creativity and allow inventions to develop.
⭐The tip is before beginning a research project, all players should reach an agreement about the ownership of intellectual property rights. When it comes to research that may result in the production of intellectual property, research funding organizations and commercial corporations are significant stakeholders so keep that in mind as well. It will make the process more transparent, just, and streamlined, and any issues will be avoided.
Before ending it, I would like to thank all of you for pushing yourself further and being the driving force of the world because without you we wouldn't have come this far. We still have a long way to go now, all of us have a different vision of the future but it's safe to say everyone here is determined to make it a better one.
🌸🌸May all your journey and future venture be successful🌸🌸
And hope I will see you inventing and innovating the world.
