Uttar Pradesh-An Emerging Economic Power|A $1 Trillion by 2030 & $6 Trillion Economy by 2047 !

Dear Friends, It is indeed pertinent to mention that in 1960s to 1970s , Uttar Pradesh use to contribute nearly 15% to India GDP and it came down to 5.5 % in 2015-16 but again it is contributing nearly 08% in 2023-24. Yogi Adityanath led government since 2017 onwards has set a new bench mark in Law & Order, ease of doing business, creation of world class robust, resilient & sustainable physical infrastructure as well as spiritual with revival of civilizational value system, fostered a rich repository of skilled manpower and a favored investment destination and it is supported & backed by " Double-Engine" growth model that is inspired by the vision propagated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Reform, Perform, & Transform. UP economy is projected to be about rupees 32 lakh crore ( $ 380 billion) by FY 2024-25. A special focus is paid on building new capabilities, policies frameworks towards reforms, efficiency of governance model, industrial growth, and a very robust law & order eco-system in place, state-of-art infrastructure, 21 airports( max in India) including 05 international, expressways, dedicated freight corridors, Vande Bharat Railway Network, metro railways networks , industrial & defense corridors and IT parks. The dynamic leadership of Narendra Modi at centre is supporting UP in a big way to empower Farmers, Poor, Women, Youth & MSME.

#UP is first state to have 13 express high ways and India's first 12 lane expressway is operating between Delhi & Meerut.

#Metro are underway in 06 cities and a regional transit railway between Delhi & Meerut is going to be operational by the end of 2024.

#UP is transformed in to Udyam Pradesh and being built up a landbank of about 1.5 lakh acres by FY 2024-25. Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, Kanpur & Lucknow are coming up in a big way

#UP was at 14th place in EODB in 2016 and now it has graduated as an Achiever State in 2020-21

#GIS enabled landbank at UPSIDA, NOIDA, YEIDA, GIDA.

#One District One Product (ODOP) is a very ambitious programme and it is running very efficiently

#UP Global Investment Summit attracted nearly investment proposals worth 40 lakh crores and it is going to generate nearly 160 millions jobs

#Agriculture has contributed rupees 6 lakh crores towards UP GDP in FY 23-24 and it is going to touch rupees 7.25 lakh crores by FY 24-25.

#Khet Talab Yozna is also propagated with 50% subsidy.
