VentureDive, in collaboration with Institute of Business Administration , recently conducted a comprehensive workshop on "Data Engineering with Microsoft Azure". This event covered key aspects of data engineering, starting with an introduction to Data Engineering and Microsoft Azure . Participants explored data storage solutions on Azure, data ingestion and processing methods, data warehousing, analytics, and data visualization techniques, concluding with deployment strategies. Expert speakers from VentureDive included Muhammad Salman Ahsan , Sehrish Muhammad , karar ali , and Muhammad Usman . They shared their knowledge and practical skills, helping attendees master Azure's powerful data engineering tools and technologies.

Graduate Trainee Program

VentureDive’s Graduate Trainee Program continues to be a prestigious opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers. Selected graduates are handed over various business units such as Web, Mobile, Flutter, Android, and Design, where they undertake multiple tasks and responsibilities. Over three months, their performance is closely monitored, and the top performers are offered permanent positions at VentureDive. Those who do not secure a permanent role receive experience letters and certificates, acknowledging their dedication and hard work during the program.

Away Day 2024

For the second year in a row, VentureDive successfully planned an exciting Away Day trip for their enthusiastic employees. Around 60 employees and staff members went on a fun 4-day adventure to Naran. They took an adventurous jeep ride to explore the beautiful Lalazar Meadows, enjoyed thrilling river rafting in Kunhar Lake, and took in the scenic views at Babusar Top. The team took multiple pit stops at Lulusar Lake, and later had a delicious lunch at Moon Restaurant in Besar with breathtaking views, and later ending the evening with a bonfire. The highlight was a Gala Night with live music and a karaoke session by Jeem se Jaffar alongside a fantastic dinner. This trip was a great mix of fun and relaxation, creating lasting memories and strengthening team bonds.
