Is it very hard to find out a suitable job in Bangladesh ?

A lot of young talent go outside of country every year. There are a lot of limitations of government but what can we say about INGO and NGO? I have strong understanding about Food Security, Livelihood, Program & Project Management, Communication, Research Analysis, Data Management and so on. I am a example but like me a lot of young people thinking Bangladesh is not suitable for them and at last they move for Europe, Canada, Australia, USA, UK and others developed country.    In abroad they are doing good.

In our country when we see a advertisement of a job then we find we need to complete MS in Development science, social science, MS in DRR, experience of 5/6/7 years   and so on. yes it may be the requirement of the job offerer.

But there is some question;

1) A degree holder is eligible?

 2)  Practical Experience why ignored in compared with degree?

3)  is it not possible to learn activities without degree?

4)  why 5/6/7 years experience is needed ?

My personal opinion and experience says a lot of talent people can't send application for this type of degree barrier. A agriculturist may have all the expertise but he/she may not complete the professional degree or diploma after his/her M.Sc. Then what happens only some people with degree holder go to the interview and get the jobs.

what a funny things a paper based degree or diploma is the criteria for drop the application. This should not be practiced. All positions of the INGO and NGO should be open for all MS completed persons because there are a lot of option to develop oneself from different online and offline courses.
