About 123,000 Veterans reside in Idaho and close to 13,000 VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESSES make up Idaho’s business population. A local Boise, Idaho Veteran-owned business, SALUTE APPAREL, is located roughly 10 minutes from Veterans Lending Group’s newest branch office! They have been our exclusive employee apparel retail provider since November 2020.
ABOUT THE OWNER OF SALUTE APPAREL:
Aaron Hale, the owner of SALUTE APPAREL was born and raised in Chubbuck, Idaho where he attended Chubbuck Elementary, Hawthorne Junior High, Highland High School, and Idaho State University. He is married to his wife of over 25 years, Jennifer and has 3 children. He joined the Idaho Army National Guard during Desert Storm and served stateside for 6 years. Aaron volunteers in various positions in the Boy Scouts of America, his children’s sports teams, and his church. He enjoys U.S. history, flying, snowmobiling, fly fishing, hunting, shooting, classic cars and travelling with his family.
Aaron printed his first t-shirts in 1989 when he began his graphics career at age 16. He spent the next 17 years working, learning & teaching in the sign & graphics industry. After spending a few successful years in the construction and health care fields he finally found his way back to the apparel industry in 2014 and founded Salute Apparel.
Salute Apparel has since acquired T-Shirts Plus of Boise in 2016, Bulldog Shirt Shop of Nampa in 2018 and Two Ocean Prints of Boise in 2020. SA employs 10 great staff members between our various locations in the Treasure Valley and now ship to locations all over the U.S. on a regular basis.

You can design your gear yourself in their Design Studio or get in contact with one of their employees for personalized service. They offer screen printing, embroidery, direct to garment (DTG), and HTV on apparel, bags, water bottles, accessories and more!
