Veterans ASCEND Strengthen Partnership with DOL VETS Through Renewed Memorandum of Understanding

November 20, 2024 - Talents ASCEND is proud to announce the renewal of its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (DOL VETS). This renewed agreement underscores the shared commitment to empowering veterans and transitioning service members with meaningful employment opportunities through Veterans ASCEND, the flagship program of Talents ASCEND and their non-profit division, The ASCEND Collective. 

The MOU reaffirms a collaborative approach to leveraging innovative, skills-based hiring solutions that connect employers directly with the talented veteran community. By aligning resources and expertise, Veterans ASCEND and DOL VETS will continue to address the barriers veterans face in traditional hiring processes while also helping businesses tap into an exceptional talent pool.
