There are some really interesting insights in this Google article about luxury brands and how they can improve their consumer engagement.

What I found most interesting is that the data suggests authentic 'real self' video storytelling is the way for luxury brands to communicate their values to consumers 

This is based on a report from Vogue Business which has analysed recent consumer buying trends. Although generally luxury brands are set to report strong profits this year, to maintain this, the report suggests that:

- Consumers want to buy brands that align with their values

- To do this, luxury brands will need to prioritise reflecting their values in their marketing and messaging. Storytelling is key

- Younger shoppers are seeking out this storytelling via YouTube, so luxury brands really need to step up when it comes to producing meaningful and thoughtful video content. This is something we are keen to do on the MillionPlus.com Ltd platform

- Luxury shoppers are channel agnostic, using a range of platforms, websites and social media channels for research before buying their luxury item

- This means that brands need to adopt creative technologies to hold the imaginations of luxury shoppers, including immersive 3D reality experience
