100 days action plan DPIIT

The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) is focussing on easing early-stage funding for startups and reducing the compliance burden on businesses and overall logistics cost as part of its 100-day action plan. The DPIIT, which is under the commerce and industry ministry, is also working on a policy for deep-tech startups which includes nine areas that need intervention to create a conducive ecosystem for them. Public Procurement (Make in India) with updates at regular intervals is seen as a very positive welcome step.

DPIIT plays a crucial role in implementing policies to enhance ease of doing business, attract foreign FDI & build start up ecosystem. We, at VoICE as a Telecom Design association appreciate forward looking polices to promote market access to domestic designs in Govt procurement. Based on the little window open to the Start-ups we have delivered on showcasing Domestic Design led 5G live trails using BSNL Spectrum at multiple locations in Delhi, ensure that 100+ proposals reach Government on Smart Intelligent villages and 5G Private Enterprise solutions are all works in progress. We have filed our response on 24th September on the proposed DoT’s PPP(MIII) notification in response to SPIIT order.

Cooperated efforts of industry and government can do wonders.
