Panel Discussion on the Great Resignation
We’re in the middle of a period that many are calling “The #greatresignation” as more employees than ever are leaving their jobs for a new challenge. The #GreatAttrition is real, will continue, and may get worse before it gets better. Yet this unique moment also represents a big opportunity.
To seize it, take a step back, listen, learn, and make the changes employees want-starting with a focus on the relational aspects of work that people have missed the most. By understanding why they are leaving and by acting thoughtfully, you may just be able to turn the Great Attrition into the Great Attraction.
We had a #paneldiscussion on this theme "From Great Attrition to Great Attraction". Check the discussion in the video wherein our eminent panelist Jonathan H. Westover, PhD, MPA, AFCIPD, SFHEA, Sharad Verma, Shrijata Basu Saha,Anand Inamdar and Dr. Karthik Nagendra share their thoughts.
