  • How are you showing up today on a scale of 1–10?: Encourages self-reflection and deeper conversation.
  • What’s something you’re excited about outside of work?: Builds rapport and uncovers personal passions.
  • Do you derive meaning from your work? If not, what changes could help?: Understands team motivation and improves fulfillment.

These questions show care and can significantly impact employee engagement and well-being.
