Restaurant marking is hard.
There are a lot of moving parts, multiple channels that need to be maintained daily and best practices ... well what worked on Monday might be a totally a dead way to do something by Thursday!
Outside of front line team members, the team members doing the marketing have the most challenging tasks in the business. From strategy to execution, being in charge of the brand, sales growth, customer preferences and wrangling 54 pieces of tech, marketers have a lot of responsibilities.
Whoever is in charge of doing marketing has a never ending to do list. If you are an owner operator and you manage or oversee marketing, this is the reason why doing marketing either feels overwhelming, or you're paying someone else to do it.
I know. I oversee all marketing strategy and execution Handcraft Burgers and Brew as well as advise on marketing for the other restaurants in our hospitality group.
I am a hospitality marketing consultant helping restaurants with marketing strategy, execution and campaigns. I advise restaurants with one location, I advise restaurants with dozens of locations. I understand your pain.
I also have a good view on what’s working, why it’s working, who it’s working for, and how to execute it across the industry … because I am inside of everyone’s marketing.
Where I come from in Detroit, we have a saying that goes something like "if you got the hook up, you gotta hook a brother up!" And because if my "brother" has a hook up, which in this case means great marketing tricks and tactics, I want them to share it with me!
