🇨🇦  Gap, H&M, others join initiative to decarbonize fashion supply chain

 The Future Supply Initiative aims to help fashion brands decarbonize their supply chain. Apparel companies like Gap Inc., H&M Group, Mango, and Bestseller have joined this initiative to provide financing and technical support to suppliers for the transition to low carbon technologies and renewable energy solutions. The program's goal is to assist brands and suppliers in meeting climate targets and limiting global temperature rise to the 1.5°C threshold set by the Paris Agreement. The initiative, backed by The Fashion Pact, Apparel Impact Institute, Guidehouse, and DBS Bank, will launch its pilot program in Bangladesh with support from the new signees. More here!
