Wayflyer Named as Fastest-Growing Technology Company in Ireland’s Deloitte Fast 50 Awards

Enterprise Ireland client Wayflyer has been named the winner of the prestigious 2024 Deloitte Fast 50 Awards, which ranks Ireland’s fastest-growing technology companies based on revenue growth over a four-year period. Founded in 2019, by Aidan Corbett and Jack Pierse, Wayflyer provides innovative financing solutions to consumer brands and achieved unicorn status in 2022, becoming only the sixth Irish company to reach this milestone.

Another notable Enterprise Ireland client, My Compliance Office @MCO(My Compliance Office) won the Financial Services Innovation Award in association with Financial Services Ireland. This award recognises companies with an innovative product or service that is having a disruptive impact within the financial services industry.

We would also like to extend our congratulations to the following Enterprise Ireland Australia & New Zealand clients who also made this reputable list: Tines , Circit , Swoop , MEG | Healthcare Quality Management Software , Brightflag , Nutritics , Phorest Salon Software , Spectrum.Life , Siren and T-Pro .

This year’s Deloitte Fast 50 Awards also marks the 25th anniversary of the programme, celebrating a quarter-century of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship within Ireland’s thriving indigenous technology sector.

Reacting to the win, Aidan Corbett, CEO and Co-Founder, Wayflyer said:

“Taking the top spot at Deloitte’s Fast 50 ranking is an incredibly proud moment for the team at Wayflyer. This recognition reflects the work we have put in since 2019 to provide funding to consumer brands, helping them solve problems that constrain their growth. The truth is, we're only just getting started.”

Collectively, the 2024 Fast 50 winners generated €1.4 billion in total annual revenues. The average growth rate of the companies compared to four years ago was 572% and this year, the minimum growth rate to rank was the highest it has been in the programme’s 25-year history.

Together, the 50 companies employ over 6,000 people, and 11 of the winners were first-time entrants to the Fast 50 list.
