Today, we are announcing the release of Lisa. An AI agent designed to make business-to-client communication and collaboration within your organization easier and more efficient.
Lisa is capable of performing tasks such as customer service, data analysis, automated scheduling, assigning tasks to you or your team as well as plotting events to your calendar, and adding tasks to your task managers.
Lisa is built on our latest platform technologies that make it fully customizable to work for you as a professional, a small business, or an enterprise.
Important to note that lisa can be integrated with your existing apps and tools and is primarily accessible via popular chat apps and lisa web platform.
Capabilities▶️
1. Handle Conversations Use lisa to engage customers throughout their entire lifecycle, from inquiry to closing of the deal.
2. Data Retrieval and Analysis Accessible via WhatsApp/Lisa web chat, Lisa can help you retrieve and analyze data from anywhere. Think about this as the ability to interact and manage your business from your apps. Imagine you wanted a c-sat report asap? Or, you want to create a product performance report for any of your product?
3. Task Routing Lisa will identify and route tasks to the appropriate team members, such as scheduling appointments, dealing with “highly unhappy clients”, processing orders, scheduling deliveries, responding to important emails/messages, etc.
4. Chat Prioritization Lisa labels and prioritizes chats from various client channels, including emails, to make it easy for you to focus on critical communications first.
5. Information Extraction Lisa reads and extracts key information from emails and direct messages, such as appointments, business deals, and service requests and, with your approval, adds them to your to-do-list, calendar and your favorite project manager tools.
6. Scheduling and Activity Management Lisa schedules and queues activities on your calendar and that of your team, enabling everyone to focus on high-priority tasks.
