Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities for our company. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, identify, and target potential clients and business opportunities in the Ahmedabad region.
2. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by researching and understanding the market, competition, and industry trends.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business growth.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
5. Present our products and services to clients, addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
7. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
8. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
9. Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market changes.
10. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record in business development and sales, with at least [X] years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the local business landscape in Ahmedabad.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing business environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• A valid driver's license and own transportation.
