Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: USD 330-USD 420 / Negotiable

Industry: Architecture/Construction

Location: Phnom Penh

Job Descriptions

• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
• Issuing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
• Demonstrating and presenting products to potential clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for submitting to management.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Negotiating contracts and provide clients the price schedule, payment term and promotion packages.
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience as a Sales or in related field.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
