POSITION 1: Executive (Digital Solutions and Wells Real Time Center)

PLAN & STRATEGY

a) Implement overall digital solutions and application to ensure all investment for digital is valuable

b) Implement on the improvement plan and development of Machine Learning and AI for Wells Digital to assist WRTC or overall wells business efficiency

c) Wells Real-time Centre implementation for assisting Wells Operation by providing manpower and utilizing Wells Digital solution such as Machine learning and dynamic real time application

d) Strategize the improvement for drilling operation in introducing and implementing Machine learning by increase drilling efficiency and drilling protection assurance.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE

a) Provide direction of implementation and execution of existing Machine Learning (ML) and engineering application

b) Evaluate, Pilot and Develop new ML and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to improve overall well delivery planning, operations and accuracy

c) Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of existing ML and AI

TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE

a) Responsible for new wells ML and AI maturation and securing Intellectual Property (IP)

POSITION 2: Executive (Wells System & Technology)

PLAN & STRATEGY

a) Implement wells system, engineering application and wells technology to ensure all investment for digital is valuable

b) Implement partnership with industry player to source relevant wells technology.

c) Perform plan for Enterprise Architecture for well digital system focusing in avoiding application redundancy, clear connection between the drilling application and establish connection with other digital technical platform.

d) Strategic partnership with industry player to source relevant Well Automation technology.

SERVICE EXCELLENCE

a) Provide direction of Wells Technical Application Champion (WTAC)

b) Source, Evaluate and Pilot novel wells technology to improve overall well delivery planning, operations and accuracy

c) Drive the Wells Technology staircase, maturation and deployment

d) Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of existing system & engineering application

e) Responsible for sourcing, evaluate and pilot predictive capability system and application

f) Implement the wells digital health check and perform the gap closure up to the acceptable standard

TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE

a) Responsible for new engineering application maturation and securing Intellectual Property (IP)

b) Responsible for the upkeep Wells Automation Guideline

POSITION 3: Executive (Wells Data Management Compliance)

PLAN & STRATEGY

a) Identify, develop, and deliver the solution to fulfill user requirements on data requires. Ensuring the data availabilities and provide the deliverables efficiently and effectively for the analysis, reporting, performance management and campaigns purposes. Initiates automated delivery thru Analytics platform for users.

b) Execute data quality controls to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations and regulatory requirement by understand data architecture and design data service layer to create information services for business units, where applicable

c) Execute and plan data lineage from source to presentation layers, ensure the rules defined are agreed by all users and optimize processes for data intake, validation as well as data modelling, where applicable

d) Implement successfully completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with respective business users

SERVICE EXCELLENCE

a) Provide direction on Data Management Compliance for Wells Operation

b) Data Management in ensuring overall well delivery planning, operations and accuracy

c) Responsible for the upkeep and data compliance from existing system & engineering application

d) Manage the assessment and measurement matrix for Digital Initiatives by perform assessment framework, analytics/dashboard and tracking tools to analyze gaps and recommend mitigations and intervention in ensuring alignment of measurement and effectiveness of stakeholder management efforts in supporting PETRONAS reputation management

TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE

a) Responsible for wells compliance on EDM and OSDU

b) Responsible for the upkeep Wells Business rule, Data standard and quality
