Senior Specialist (IT Monitoring)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist (IT Monitoring) to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for administering SolarWinds monitoring systems, ensuring efficient and effective monitoring of our IT infrastructure.
- Administer SolarWinds monitoring systems, including various versions such as SolarWinds NPM (Network Performance Monitor), SolarWinds SAM (Server & Application Monitor), and other modules.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field is essential.
- Experience in building resilient and distributed monitoring systems, designing and implementing a monitoring system capable of detecting and resolving failures, and scaling the system to handle a large number of resources.
- Experience in configuring and managing monitoring of different network segments, including the internal network and DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) using distributed system architecture.
- Good understanding and knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) principles and practices.
- Experience working with server platforms and hardware, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of various network protocols, including TCP/IP, SNMP, ICMP, HTTP, and others.
- Understanding network topology, segmentation, and distributed system architecture.
- Basic knowledge of the IT services management model based on ITSM methodology in accordance with ITIL and COBIT recommendations.
- Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate level) and Russian is required.
- Preferably certified in SolarWinds, such as SolarWinds Certified Professional (SCP).

- Administer and configure Microsoft vendor software, including:SharePoint 2019 PlatformOffice Web Apps Server
- Administer and configure the Windows Server Operating System family.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field is essential.
- Experience participating in IT projects is required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office are essential.
- Knowledge of information systems and the ability to apply that knowledge in practice.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving skills in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and precedents.
- Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate level) and Russian is required.
- A Certificate of Excellence or Completion related to Microsoft SharePoint is a valuable asset.

Senior Specialist (Cloud Services)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist (Cloud Services) to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting IT&T services, ensuring the efficient management and administration of our cloud-based systems.
- Work with system administration, equipment, services, and software, including:Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.Plan and implement updates and changes to the Microsoft 365 environment.Ensure security and compliance requirements are met within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Administer Power Platform, configuring Dataverse, Power Apps, and business process automation.
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and practical work with Microsoft Teams and MS Office 365, including implementing security for Microsoft 365 environments, particularly in hybrid environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutions, administration of Azure Hybrid environments, and license management.
- Basic knowledge of ITSM processes and ITSM methodology in accordance with ITIL and COBIT recommendations.
- Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate level) and Russian is required.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
