We rose to the challenge: New profile system, new location, brand new factory

We set ourselves a huge task when we announced our new manufacturing site in Barnsley at the end of last year. We rose to it though, the empty shell in Barnsley is now a fully functioning Deceuninck fabrication site in just 84 days.

Drawing upon the skills and expertise from our functions across the business it has been a real team effort to bring this in from recruitment and IT infrastructure and setup to operations.

At the 30,000 sq. ft facility you'll now find a hive of activity, with the manufacture of Deceuninck 2500 and 2800 casements, tilt and turn windows, residential and french doors.

The North division, headed up by Darren Rhodes and Darryl Count , is now serving local installer customers with the products, quality and support that our vast customer base across the rest of the UK has come to rely on.

We introduced Deceuninck UK to our range in the summer last year to open up specification and budget options for our installer partners to be able to compete in their markets.
