We want to apologise...

Dear LinkedIn Connections,

We want to apologise for bringing to your attention every day the imminent arrival of the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, which comes into force on October 26, 2024. However, we aren't that sorry...

We will continue to post daily about this crucial legislation to ensure that every employer is aware and understands that compliance with this new law is mandatory. Our goal is to make this message loud and clear: come October 27, anyone who makes a claim of sexual harassment will be protected under this act.

This is not a sales pitch; it is a call to action for all employers in England, Scotland, and Wales. The Worker Protection Act 2023 is a significant step forward in creating safer and more respectful workplaces, and we are committed to ensuring that no employer remains uninformed and non-compliant.

Thank you for your attention and understanding.
