Web Design to Agency & Beyond: Issue #23 - Tools, Stacks, And More... 🚀
Hi again! 😍
The year's coming to an end and I am sure we are all wrapping up the year in our own ways.
I am mostly quiet(ish) in terms of business in December to dedicate this time to planning & strategizing for the coming year. 🎯
One of the crucial parts of the strategy has always been reviewing the tools that I and my team are using. 💯
Auditing the stack, examining if they are still relevant to our constantly evolving needs, and tbh minimizing the amount spent on gathering various tools that are just sitting there, are all parts of business plans. 🙏🏽
One of the most talked about topics in the design world is feedback tools. 💭 And since my audiences are largely designers & digital agency owners, I can't recommend enough the importance of this matter.
If your feedback process with clients and your own internal team is not in place, your projects are always going to wander in the endless feedback loop (we are all familiar with it isn't it?) 😂
Here are my top tips for choosing a feedback tool that will help you accelerate your feedback cycle and increase the momentum of your delivery and most importantly reduce the risk of miscommunication...
✔️ Choose a feedback tool that is custom to your needs. A feedback tool required for design purposes cannot be fulfilled with a feedback tool built for general feedback.
✔️ Search for tools that are trending in your specific industry.
✔️ Look for a tool that is super easy to use & not time-consuming for your clients, remember that we are techy people but our clients might not be!
✔️ Lastly, get your hands on a feedback tool that makes the feedback process crystal clear and leaves no room for confusion for you & your team.
