 2️⃣Citi limits overall bonus pool in restructuring but creates dozens of retention bonuses: Wealth division employees are beneficiaries.

 Make This Your Year: If you're not landing that MD title or locking in a significant bonus increase now, when will you?

 Don’t settle for hearing we will pay you “next year” – will empty words pay the bills?

Citigroup Awards Special Retention Bonuses for Dozens

  • Designed to stem the tide of private wealth bankers leaving  
  • Dozens of personnel will be recipients
  • Report that the new head of the unit has shaken things up too much


I'm bothered by these results. Talking to your manager post-bonus is almost worthless. The time to have spoken with your manager was 2 months when you could have made a difference. All you will get now is worthless promises for next year!
